We focus on rebuilding your relationship with movement first, then helping you create a simple, realistic routine that fits your body, energy, and lifestyle.
The routine is designed to fit into real life.
Most weeks, you’ll be moving for 10–30 minutes per session, depending on your energy and schedule. However, it's best to start with 10 minutes workout until it feels natural and progress to 20 mins or more as time permits, and an average of 3-4 days a week.
This flexible structure allows you to stay consistent without pressure, long workouts, or burnout. You can always adjust based on how your body feels — the goal is sustainability, not perfection.
